Dr. Maria Loumpourdi

With a proven track record in senior leadership roles, Dr. Loumpourdi has led talent and leadership development within large multinational organisations across the manufacturing, banking and gaming industries. Building on that experience, she founded Made From Within, where she designs and delivers bespoke leadership, team and personal development solutions grounded in organisational psychology and behavioural science — for clients worldwide, from global manufacturers, gaming operators and financial institutions to UN peacekeeping missions.

She is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as a Senior Practitioner Coach and Coaching Supervisor, and serves as an EMCC Global Accreditation Assessor. An award-winning mentor, she was named on the Global Diversity List as an HR Diversity Champion. She holds a Doctorate in Leadership Development from the University of Glasgow and a Master’s in Psychology and the Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London.

She is the author of Leaders Made from Within: The Blueprint for Developing Leadership in Individuals and Organizations, which has earned expert endorsements and achieved global sales across Amazon’s marketplaces.
